birther: one who, in spite of evidence to the contrary, persists in the belief that President Obama is not a natural-born citizen
I've heard people, such as Rush Limbaugh, question Obama's citizenship and qualifications for President. I didn't know they had a name. Today, I learned that one has
U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, who should be getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan, is instead seeking a temporary restraining order under the guise of being a conscientious objector. Cook is a birther who is arguing that President Obama is not a natural born citizen and, therefore, ineligible to be commander-in-chief.
Because Obama is neither President nor Commander-in-Chief, Cook
....states he “would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command. … simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties.”
Am I justified in guessing that Maj. Cook was a strong supporter of The Worst Vice President Ever's worst abuses?
