The article that overwhelmingly passed Town Meeting did NOT mention this particular person's name and the word "cleared" appeared four times in only 10 sentences. So if this particular guy IS guilty (and the arrest warrant is from Russia, so you gotta wonder)then I assume our Federal authorities will not "clear" him. Thus we have nothing to worry about.
