Jennifer,

Thank you so much. I grew up in Granby during the 40's and 50's and I am never ashamed to tell people I am from Granby. I have been surprised over the years how many people know of Granby. I grew up when we still drove horses on some farms to pull wagons picking up hay with a pitch fork. When names like Murzin, Galusha, Dewitt, Obrimski, and Taylor werethe roots of the town. I remember Pearly Davis who was in his 90's even in the early 50's lived where the parking lot for the Center Pharmacy is now. I remember when the LaLonds bought the drug store. I remember the Blais' sharing their TV with other kids on saturday evening. It was one of the first in the neighborhood and we could walk to their house from Ferry Hill Rd.
Thanks Jennifer.
